Hampton Inn Waycross

The queen room was clean, equipped with great shelving for towels. The facilities impressed me with their tidiness during my short stay.

Bed was very comfortable, and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Only the Wi-FI.

Clean and comfortable beds plus the breakfast was excellent !!

A night to forget

The staff was friendly and cute throughout my stay. I appreciated how clean my room was and the engaging breakfast staff. Found a great local restaurant thanks to their suggestions!

Unfortunately, I woke up to a burning sensation on my neck, which led to a rather distressing realization, bed bugs. The front desk was unhelpful, stating they were trying to address the problem. My restful night quickly turned into a nightmare.

1. Was billed (3) times took over (2) weeks to clear up 2. 1st room I was given had damp wet smell 3. 2nd room was on second floor had very loud guest also staying on same floor 4. When I contacted hotel as to billing error spoke to manager was very little help at all

The bathroom was AWFUL!!!! The commode tank was oversized and left little room for the seat. When flushed, I was afraid a tornado was coming to get me. The toilet paper holder was impossible to reach while sitting down!

Friendly staff made checking in pleasant.

I was charged a hefty deposit despite my room being paid in full. I requested room service twice, but neither request was fulfilled, really disappointing. The need to carry wet and dirty bath linens to the front desk just to get fresh ones is completely unacceptable.

I always like the comfort of the beds and I like the breakfast.

The breakfast variety was really good, especially the turkey sausage option. My room had issues with cleanliness that impacted my enjoyment of the stay.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Waycross, enjoyed it and venue's top-class and helpful staff that provides outstanding service. The location was particularly good and magnificent, on top of everything nice job, in the very nice area.

The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with clean amenities. The location was exceptionally nice for Waycross, really close to the major business centers, and Waycross, GA.

We enjoyed exploring Laura Walker State Park, a hit with the grandkids. The staff kept everything clean, and breakfast was a family favorite, especially the hot options. The room was spacious with plenty of towels for everyone.

My kids wished for a more exciting pool area.

The room was clean and I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that ensured a restful sleep despite the bright parking lot lights. For maximum comfort, make sure to check those curtains right away for a good night's rest.

The breakfast included delicious cheese eggs and the staff was genuinely accommodating. My room was clean and fresh.
